Upon completion of his first full year in real estate, Bob made the decision to represent only Buyers and forego the listing side of the business. The reason for that was a reflection of his many years of sales experience. He knew that one could build a successful career in sales by focusing on the needs of the buyer as opposed to the features and benefist of the product.
Bob's goal is customer satisfaction and his job is to find the best property to fulfill his client's needs, regardless of the source.
Once that property is identified, Bob uses his knowledge of the market, professional training in using technology (e-PRO designation), and the additional expertise obtained by becoming an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR designation) to successfully negotiate a price and conclude a purchase.
Bob's training and experience has made him particularly adept at assisting Buyers with 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.
